1. General Provisions

kbbd is an online betting and casino service platform. All services provided on this platform and related content are governed by these terms. kbbd reserves the right to partially or fully modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity or dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

Providing false information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be suspended and any earned bonuses or winnings may be cancelled. Multiple members of the same household may open separate accounts, but each must be operated from a different device and payment method.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering an account. If any information changes, update your profile immediately or notify the kbbd support team. kbbd will not be responsible for any loss arising from incorrect information.

2.4 Account Security

Keep your login credentials completely confidential and do not share them with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity on the account.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies on the bonus amount — on the bonus amount only, not the total balance.

• Bonus claims made using multiple accounts, a VPN, or a proxy will be cancelled.

kbbd's VIP Program has 5 tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier. Tier progression is determined based on user activity and loyalty.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

kbbd is committed to ensuring a fair and safe gaming environment. A Random Number Generator (RNG) is used in every game to ensure impartial results.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to influence game outcomes using any software or bot
• Coordinated betting or collusion for the purpose of bonus abuse
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose
• Attempting to access another user's account
• Deliberately exploiting any technical flaw or bug in the platform

If any of the above activities are detected, the account may be immediately closed and all funds forfeited. In serious cases, the relevant authorities may be notified.

6.2 Bet Cancellation Policy

If the outcome of a bet or game is affected by a technical fault, data feed disruption, or other unforeseen reason, kbbd reserves the right to void that specific bet and return the original stake.

• The user's own negligence or failure to secure their password
• Circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) — natural disasters, war, or government restrictions

Under no circumstances will kbbd's total liability exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the last 30 days.

11. Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 At the User's Request

11.2 At kbbd's Discretion

kbbd may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• No transactions on the account for an extended period (more than 12 months)

If the matter is not resolved through initial contact, it will be referred to a mediation process. Both parties are advised to refrain from formal legal action until mutual agreement has not been reached.

kbbd reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified by email or via a notice upon logging into the platform. Continued use of the service after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
